Hi, my name is Stevie Waye. I have practiced Martial arts in the form of Brazilian Jiujitsu for 17 years, competing at the highest level in Scotland and teaching others the basics. I am also a Hatha Yoga teacher, having travelled to Nepal in 2019 for a 200hour TTC, living and breathing yoga for 33 days and learning from 5 Yogis. One of them, my friend/teacher/mentor who is still work with to this day. I am also trained in Rieki, Calisthenics, Cold water Therapist and life coach.
